Outstanding place to have work done on my 2014 Audi Q7!! I started with major upgrades and now how taken my car in for regular servicing! Always professional, knowledgeable for sure and just great positive people! They had me in and out in no time. Even though it is not convenient for me as I live in Huntington Beach, I will not trust anyone other then Pacific German and the guys there to work on my car! Since I bought my VW GTI 4 years ago and started bringing it to Pacific German, they have made excellent recommendations when it comes to maintaining and upgrading her. I just wanted reliability and a long term relationship with a service garage. What they have afforded me is much better. Over the years I've had to replace many of the components of the car, when there was a point where a performance part would work better and last longer than a factory part they would replace it. The result after years of loyalty is astonishing. I have a stealth show car now. What I mean by that is people come up to me all the time in parking lots and ask: 'What kind of exhaust is that?', 'What kind of oil are you using?', 'What tune do you have on there?.' It seems to always be someone asking for a friend which should indicate the affect these cars have on other people. The valet at Five Crowns last week asked his coworker to ask me what clutch I had. Its basically the clutch out of a Golf R: light and stock yet strong and able to take 22lbs of boost. People love this car because Pacific German has made her into the car she should have always been out of the factory. Every time I pick the car up, its like everything has been adjusted and made perfect. I love taking my car here and look forward to many years of service at Pacific German, my trusted car family.

I'd taken my precious Audi to Shawn a few years ago, with super results! However, for some illogical reason, I tried other repair shops. That was just a dumb move on my part. Lesson learned - When you find a place that is top-notch, and cares for your car as much as you do, DON'T go anywhere else. Shawn found things that were bizarrely wrong with my car. I knew there was 'something' amiss, but those other places acted like I was hearing nonsense. Shawn alerted me via email of each issue. One email even contained a video of the problem. When I was first dropping off my car, there were guys in the waiting area who came all the way from San Diego! They told me that they just can't find anyplace as good down there. Also, the Enterprise rental guy said that all the car-enthusiast blogs are always writing about how Pacific German is the only place to go. Once again, I learned my lesson....Thanks Shawn.
