Laguna Hills and Costa Mesa AUTO REPAIR

I have been going to the Laguna location for a few years now even though I live over an hour away. I feel like I can trust them, they have never tried to upsell me or bs me on anything. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I feel confident taking my vehicle there.

Pacific German is the only place I trust to service my reasonably modified GTI. Even when the car was under warranty, I never took it to the VW dealer. I highly recommend PG as the best place to get your German car serviced. Tyler is also great at making performance mod recommendations.

A great, professional place from the moment I walked in. The shop was clean, and they had an awesome waiting room area. You can tell they know what they’re doing. I got the service I needed within a reasonable amount of time, and they gave me a good explanation of what was done. Great experience overall!

I have been to a few to shops in OC for work, some of them do decent work, but then have arrogant customer service, dirty shop, lacking professionalism. Pacific German this was my second time coming and these guys are true pros, have real knowledge, and overall the best the work! I will come back for 3rd time for more work!
