The hood release cable on my 2021 VW Atlas broke (a not uncommon occurrence, I'm told). Pacific German said they could repair it, gave me an estimate of cost and time, then did exactly that! Highly recommend.

I rarely right these. I found Pacific German after moving from out of state. They work on my Audi S7 and have helped me in so many ways. From real issues with the car to wear and tear. Went in for a trans fluid change and they noticed some leakage in my motor mounts. Thankfully under warranty so I’m having the dealer take care of it.. sad to believe only 40k, and there is a motor mounts failure!! Ya, German engineering at work. I’ve owned 20 cars over the last 60 years, and this is a first. Thanks for finding this!!!

Had my way fed car in for an oil service, the guys at Pacific German are very thorough and noticed we needed new struts. They were able to seamlessly bring in a rental car for us to use while the car was in the shop. These guys take safety very seriously, which is exactly what I want when someone is working on my vehicles. Highly recommend!!
