Liz, Shawn and Tyler are among some of the best in their industry. IMO, the best within 500 miles of Southern California hands-down. I originally came across Pacific German on Youtube as they were building a b9 s4 custom avant. It was clear Tyler knew these cars inside/out and had a strong passion for what he does day-in and day-out. Since, I've brought 4-5 cars to this shop over the years, mainly Porsche and Audi, though an assortment of platforms/engines and they've never let me down. If there is a hiccup, they are quick to accommodate you and even go out of their way to help with rental cars and more. I notice some people leaving negative reviews as it relates to Shawn's personality, seems like mostly people with thin-skin and just want someone to blame other than themselves. If you want the best - both in terms of maintenance and performance mods, I'd encourage you to speak with PG. They are consummate professionals and A+++ service. I contacted my husband’s close friend for a recommendation of where to take his Porsche for repairs. The car had not been driven in 10+ years and needed to be made road worthy so that it could be passed on to his son. The friend recommended Pacific German as he had own Porsches serviced there multiple times over the years. He contacted Shawn and told him the situation and when I called Shawn he made the arrangements for the Porsche to be flat bedded to his shop so they could do an inspection and provide an estimate. Ultimately, Pacific German did all the repairs and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. They were very accommodating and bend over backwards to help whenever they could. I would definitely recommend this shop.

After a fantastic Post Purchase Inspection, found and fixed all issues and helped me recover some of my purchase funds. Great communication and Service. Car is like new for me now.
