I truly don’t understand how this business has any negative reviews—if you read the bad ones closely, they come across as overly zealous and nitpicky. We all know those type of people 😂 Now to my experience when the engine of my Lamborghini Urus blew, I initially went to Lamborghini Newport Beach, where I was quoted an unbelievable $120K for a replacement. Enter Pacific German, who delivered the same solution for $40K. Are you kidding me? Not only did they save me a fortune, but my car runs better now than it did before the engine failure. Before making a decision, I called 11 other shops, and Pacific German stood out in every way. From the professionalism of the front desk to Tyler, who masterfully worked on my car, and Shawn, who made the billing process seamless, every aspect of my experience was flawless and effortless. I was consistently updated on the progress, which speaks volumes about their transparency and customer care. I was so impressed with their work that I went a step further and upgraded my car with a Stage 1 tune. Having worked with nearly every automotive specialist in Orange County, I can confidently say these guys are in a league of their own. Their honesty, expertise, and passion for what they do are rare gems in today’s world. If you’re considering Pacific German, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret a single second of the experience. I drive a 2015 Audi R8 4.2, and I guess you could say I've had one-and-a-half interactions with Pacific German so far. The first was a handful of maintenance related fixes and some minor upgrades: new coil overs and fresh brakes. Then, after driving the car for a week or so, PG reached out to me to ask how the car the car felt. I ended up taking them up on an offer to come back in to make some tweaks to the suspension and a few other things. Throughout both experiences, Shawn, Tyler, and the rest of the team there were communicative, direct but never pushy with their recommendations, and instilled a ton of confidence in me that I had come to the right place. Not only does the car feel great to drive, but I feel great about the experience I've had getting it worked on by this team of experts and enthusiasts.

I've been using Pacific German for over a year for my 2023 GT3 Touring and my 2023 Cayman GTS 4.0. I am super picky. I owned detail shops for over 20 years and franchised them with 155 across the US. I am known for how picky I am. That puts my review into context better. I have mostly worked with Tyler but have also interacted with the entire family. This place is the best, I kind of would like to keep it a secret so they don't get too busy LOL! But seriously, their knowledge of cars and what you can do to them in the aftermarket is killer! And they are all very nice people. I hope I never have to visit a dealership again!!!!

The best place to take your German car! Great customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care. They're very fair and honest and don't push for unnecessary services. I always knew my car was getting the absolute best work done when I dropped it off. As an added bonus they probably have one of, if not thee, coolest fish tanks in Southern California.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Pacific German. From the second I walked in to the second I picked up my car I was treated like family and everybody was so kind. Tyler was amazing in explaining everything to me in the process of upgrading some parts on my 2008 VW GTI. Thank you so much for everything Pacific German and I will be back with my Audi so you can upgrade that for me!
