I’ve been bringing my Porsche 718 GT4 to Pacific German for the last few years for performance upgrades and service, and the experience has always been excellent. They’ve recently took care of an oil service, brake service, and track alignment. Huge shoutout to Shawn and Tyler! Both are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The car always comes back dialed in and ready to perform. Highly recommend Pacific German! I recently brought my Audi Q7 here after purchasing it from CarMax. Despite CarMax’s '125-point inspection,' the team at Pacific German found several critical issues that were completely overlooked, including overdue service intervals and suspension problems. The staff is incredibly professional, honest, and truly knows Audi inside and out. They took the time to explain everything and showed me exactly what needed attention. If you’re buying a used car in the area, don’t trust the dealer's inspection — bring it here first! They saved me a lot of trouble and gave me peace of mind. Five stars!

I had the most amazing experience. The shop is one of the cleanest aftermarket shops I’ve been in. They were super courteous and professional and the entire planning process was painless and super smooth. Tyler and the crew really know what they are doing! They changed my wheels and lowered my car with H&R sport springs….it looks amazing and the work was spectacular! If you need any work done on your car, this is the place to go. I would highly recommend them again and again to anyone!

Pacific German is an outstanding shop. They refreshed the suspension on my 997.2 Turbo and it genuinely feels like a completely different car which is how it should have felt all along. Shawn was also great to work with since he provided clear communication, photos, honest recommendations, and no upselling. He caught an age-related CV boot issue during inspection and handled it amazingly with OEM parts, fair prices and reduced labor since there was overlap with other work. Pacific German has earned my trust and will absolutely be my go-to shop going forward!

The hood release cable on my 2021 VW Atlas broke (a not uncommon occurrence, I'm told). Pacific German said they could repair it, gave me an estimate of cost and time, then did exactly that! Highly recommend.

I rarely right these. I found Pacific German after moving from out of state. They work on my Audi S7 and have helped me in so many ways. From real issues with the car to wear and tear. They are consistent, honest and reliable. I never take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them. They are experts in Audi service.

Went in for a trans fluid change and they noticed some leakage in my motor mounts. Thankfully under warranty so I’m having the dealer take care of it.. sad to believe only 40k, and there is a motor mounts failure!! Ya, German engineering at work. I’ve owned 20 cars over the last 60 years, and this is a first. Thanks for finding this!!!
