Great service…but considering the premium cost waiting area needs more power drops for devices.

Darrell Johnson thanks for the review. But we have no control over how the building is constructed when the walls are made of cinder blocks. We try to make your wait as confortable as possible from refreshments to snacks to eve "two ply" (yeah the good stuff). Critique our work, at least that's something we have control over. Not power outlets.
As for cost, you get what you pay for We are specialty with a warranty that can't be beat

I encourage everyone to bring there cars here.. They truly are the best shop in California..Don’t believe me bring it in for yourself and you’ll never want to leave. They specialize on OEM parts and upgraded parts. Very trust worthy with everything. Enjoy this shop as I do

As always, I was checked in for 150K service, including an explanation of what it consisted of and how long it would take. The service was completed in less time than expected and there were no other issues. Due to the regular service by PG, My Allroad runs as well or better than when I originally purchased it, better mileage and more pop. It is still stock quatro. thanks to all at PG.

I received really personalized attention and detailed inspection of a car I was considering purchasing for my daughter. Ultimately, I did not purchase it because of what I learned relative to the price the dealer was demanding; however, I learned so much more than just what repairs were going to be needed to make me comfortable! Just a great and informative experience all the way around. I will certainly return and recommend Pacific German to my friends and any acquaintances alike.

If you’re going to own cars with high mileage you better have a good mechanic. Pacific German is keeping our cars on the road. They are exceptional in their knowledge and customer service. Wish we had found them sooner.
