I never do reviews, however, Pacific German absolutely has changed that. I can’t say enough how excellent the service was that I received here. Shawn was thorough, patient, and honest. I received an estimated for $11,000 at the dealership and decided to get a second opinion. Final outcome at Pacific German was less than $300.00. Due to receiving an honest evaluation and not being up sold on unnecessary services. The biggest catch was the wrong fluid that was put into my car by the dealership. This was caught and corrected at Pacific German. Also saving me further damage to my car and ultimately, saving me thousands of dollars, literally! Happy to report, my car so far is driving like a dream l!! Count me in as a new loyal customer to Pacific German! Shout out to Elizabeth(front desk) she was professional and very helpful throughout! I texted Shawn post shop hours to schedule a service appointment and I received an email early morning to confirm my appointment that same day at 9:00am Even though it was just an oil change, they were thorough with checking service lights and honest with what needed to be done which was just an oil change!

Pacific German is not your average car shop. They know their cars better than the dealerships do except you don't pay astronomical dealership prices. They have helped us make our dream cars possible!
