I've been taking my Audi A4 to Pacific German for a few years now and every experience is great. They are a truly experts and I could not imagine taking my car elsewhere. Shawn and his team really helped me out when my car broke down in Santiago Canyon. They allowed me to tow directly to the shop, and within a couple days my car was as good as new. Whether I need routine maintenance or major repairs, I can count on PG.

Brought my car in for an engine fault light. Car was ready the same day. Part was under warranty, so problem was repaired, no charge. I have found over the years that if there is ever a problem with my car(s), they take care of it. They stand by their work. Shawn and family are professional and courteous, and make you feel like a valued customer.
