Pacific German has been taking care of my two cars for about a year now. They’ve been able to do all of the regular maintenance, some upgrades like a trailer hitch, as well as track down and fix some tricky issues. They were able to confirm the existence of one issue in particular that the dealer said ‘didn’t exist’, and referred me to a more competent dealer to get it fixed under warranty. Their prices are super fair when compared to the dealer, and they’ll take their time with the car to make sure things are diagnosed and repaired properly. They communicate clearly and concisely, and have never tried the ‘upsell’ of unnecessary services like a dealer would. Their lounge is clean and comfortable, and my kids like looking at some of the cool cars hanging around when we come to pick up or drop ours off.

Really great shop. Tyler was extremely helpful with me both over the phone and in person and accommodated my short window to get a service done before I had to leave town. Not only that but he was extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating all the details of things I asked about. These guys work on much nicer cars and do much more expensive jobs than what I needed on my ‘17 A4, yet still showed me a high level of service. They definitely live up to the good reviews and the personal recommendation I got from a friend. Thank you!

The entire crew of pacific german run as flawlessly as the high end cars they work on. They always take time to explain everything in detail and provide solutions to the problems. I wouldn't trust my cars anywhere else!

For few years I was thinking to add a little more spark to my 2015 Volkswagen CC. Recently found Pacific German and was very satisfied with service. Very friendly and informative. Also I really like an ambiance.
