Decided to take my Passat GT here after having a not-so-great experience with VW dealerships. I had them give it a good inspection for an upcoming 2000 mile road trip, along with a Stage 1 tune to give the VR6 a bit more oomph. Tyler was cordial and knew exactly what he was doing, and ended up replacing some worn out control arm bushings, engine/dsg mounts, brake fluid flush, and an alignment. All in all, for a passat with 83k miles on it, it drives like a new car and the engine feels much more alive with the tune. I used to go to an independent shop in colorado for my old audi and these guys are just as good, if not better. Huge thanks to them for their hard work!

Having visited the local Porsche dealer for a warranty issue, where they blamed the engine fault light on a cracked spark plug resulting in a misfire, I brought my car back to Pacific German to diagnose the problem further since the dealer wanted $500 to replace the single spark plug. Pacific German discovered there was no cracked spark plug, and also found a bolt that was stripped during the diagnosis at the dealer, which the dealer never revealed to me. Pacific German replaced all the spark plugs and the bolt at no charge to me. I certainly was not expecting that type of customer service, but I obviously appreciate their generosity for accomplishing what the dealer should have resolved in the first place. I have taken my cars to Pacific German for years and will continue to do so. Unlike the Porsche dealer, they will not make excuses, and work toward resolving whatever issue your car is experiencing. Thank you.

They make complex jobs seem simple, quick and they put things back together properly. Recently did a timing chain and a bunch of other complex jobs on a Mk6 GTI. High attention to detail is evident. Great service.
