Took my car in for an upgraded brake system and a transmission flush.. when they put my car up for a point of inspection. They found my water pump was leaking. I have a 2021 se R-Line black Tiguan 4 motion with maybe 50,000 miles on. I did notice my coolant reservoir always low but didn’t see a puddle on the ground. When they send me pictures of it leaking I was glad they found it now before it got worst and knowing they use the best of the best parts I was happy to get it fix.. I’m very glad they got it done within a time frame cause we were down a car.

Decided to take my Passat GT here after having a not-so-great experience with VW dealerships. I had them give it a good inspection for an upcoming 2000 mile road trip, along with a Stage 1 tune to give the VR6 a bit more oomph. Tyler was cordial and knew exactly what he was doing, and ended up replacing some worn out control arm bushings, engine/dsg mounts, brake fluid flush, and an alignment. All in all, for a passat with 83k miles on it, it drives like a new car and the engine feels much more alive with the tune. I used to go to an independent shop in colorado for my old audi and these guys are just as good, if not better. Huge thanks to them for their hard work!
