I went in to get brakes done on a S4. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming as well as knowing their stuff. I had previously taken my car to the dealership for a warranty repair. They did the work and gave me the inspection report which failed to mention that two control arm bushing were absolutely shot. Not sure if the tech was legally blind or just pushing cars out as fast as possible.... Thank you Pacific German for doing an actual inspection and notifying me!!!! Back to the dealer for more warranty work....
