Tyler was amazing in explaining everything to me in the process of upgrading some parts on my 2008 VW GTI. Spoke to Tyler over the phone told him about the idea I had going on. He told me no problem bring the car in. He was very thorough and walked me through everything and kept me updated on everything Pacific German is the best they kept their word. They updated my comfort control module. Would rather take my car to Pacific German than the Dealership. Would like to mention that Tyler took time to code my facelift taillights since they weren’t working properly and he did a great job. Overall I’m happy with how quick and efficient they work. 10/10
