I’m writing here to share my experience with Elizabeth, who took my inquiry on a car previously serviced @ Pacific German. She was very polite, gracious with her time and very professional on the phone. Since I am based in San Diego, I have not had the pleasure of working with this company to service my vehicles, but if they work on their cars anything like they treat their potential customers on the phone you are in great hands. First time visiting Pacific German but I've heard great things about them coming from a highly modified Audi owner. I decided to be boring and purchased a Q8 that had an itch to mod. Pacific German took care of it with a great price and got it done within the time they promised. I only wish they were closer to me.
