I was referred to Pacific German by my daughter’s best friend and they did not disappoint. I took my 2018 Macan with over 103,000 miles for an oil change and check up (which comes with the service) and they found a valve cover gasket that needed to be replaced. This explained the rough idling and low oil issue that I was experiencing but did not question or complained about. They found it, fixed it and I definitely feel the difference in the car’s performance. Pacific German is very thorough, professional and I found their prices to be fair. You will leave there knowing your car is in good hands!
