Having visited the local Porsche dealer for a warranty issue, where they blamed the engine fault light on a cracked spark plug resulting in a misfire, I brought my car back to Pacific German to diagnose the problem further since the dealer wanted $500 to replace the single spark plug. Pacific German discovered there was no cracked spark plug, and also found a bolt that was stripped during the diagnosis at the dealer, which the dealer never revealed to me. Pacific German replaced all the spark plugs and the bolt at no charge to me. I certainly was not expecting that type of customer service, but I obviously appreciate their generosity for accomplishing what the dealer should have resolved in the first place. I have taken my cars to Pacific German for years and will continue to do so. Unlike the Porsche dealer, they will not make excuses, and work toward resolving whatever issue your car is experiencing. Pacific German repaired my 2014 VW TDI that had a major fuel system failure with great success. After the repair was completed they did a follow up call to ask how it was running. I mentioned that it had a buzzing sound when the engine temperature was high and I sent them a video. They requested I bring it in and replaced a suspected faulty part and the problem was solved. I highly recommend them, they are true professionals.
