I really like Pacfic German and trust them with my 911. It would be nice though to have someone walk me through the repairs upon pickup. I would like to develop a relationship vs just a vendor. But the work is good.

The shop boss Elisabeth walked you through the procedure at time of pick up. It was only a failing hydraulic belt damper. (bleeding out damping fluid, can refer to your digital inspection to see pictures) We see it very often on 991's, Macan's, Cayenne's.... Basically almost all late model Porsche. Only other repairs conducted were scheduled annual service and a TPMS sensor. Elisabeth is more than capable of answering any questions on your Porsche from service, maintenance to any technical questions you may have in the future.
