I couldn't be happier with my experience at Pacific German. From the second I walked in to the second I picked up my car I was treated like family and everybody was so kind. Tyler was amazing in explaining everything to me in the process of upgrading some parts on my 2008 VW GTI. Thank you so much for everything Pacific German and I will be back with my Audi so you can upgrade that for me!

Spoke to Tyler over the phone told him about the idea I had going on. He told me no problem bring the car in. He was very thorough and walked me through everything and kept me updated on everything Pacific German is the best they kept their word. They updated my comfort control module. Would rather take my car to Pacific German than the Dealership. Would like to mention that Tyler took time to code my facelift taillights since they weren’t working properly and he did a great job. Overall I’m happy with how quick and efficient they work. 10/10

Steve, lets not be bitter, life is too short. VW sent you to us, In the future I'm sending you right back to them.
We try to make it a rule to not service older Beetles, but we made an exception to help out. But every car that a major dealer refers to us has an underlying meaning as to why they referred the customer or vehicle in the first place. And this circumstance is no different.
