From my first phone call to Tyler, I knew that i was in very good hands with Pacific German. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was patient as I tried to become knowledgeable myself. Once engaged for my aftermarket exhaust work, communication from them was quick and consistent. At the dealer, you are a number or a mark. At Pacific German, they were helping me realize a vision, and they treated my vehicle/project as if it were their own. Work was completed on time, as promised, below budget. That doesnt happen anymore. The results exceed expectations. My only issue was the experience was so positive, i am tempted to do more.
