I drive a 2015 Audi R8 4.2, and I guess you could say I've had one-and-a-half interactions with Pacific German so far. The first was a handful of maintenance related fixes and some minor upgrades: new coil overs and fresh brakes. Then, after driving the car for a week or so, PG reached out to me to ask how the car the car felt. I ended up taking them up on an offer to come back in to make some tweaks to the suspension and a few other things. Throughout both experiences, Shawn, Tyler, and the rest of the team there were communicative, direct but never pushy with their recommendations, and instilled a ton of confidence in me that I had come to the right place. Not only does the car feel great to drive, but I feel great about the experience I've had getting it worked on by this team of experts and enthusiasts.

Oil change at 95,000 miles on my Macan. I have been using PG for both my Porsches and have total confidence they are in top working order and safe. My 2014 Cayman S still gets compliments and more importantly is such a blast to drive as my DD. Thanks to PG I drive confidently.

I've been using Pacific German for over a year for my 2023 GT3 Touring and my 2023 Cayman GTS 4.0. I am super picky. I owned detail shops for over 20 years and franchised them with 155 across the US. I am known for how picky I am. That puts my review into context better. I have mostly worked with Tyler but have also interacted with the entire family. This place is the best, I kind of would like to keep it a secret so they don't get too busy LOL! But seriously, their knowledge of cars and what you can do to them in the aftermarket is killer! And they are all very nice people. I hope I never have to visit a dealership again!!!!

Best independent Porsche service ever. The whole family is a joy to deal with and they know their stuff! Hopefully I never have to see the dealer again!!!

The best place to take your German car! Great customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care. They're very fair and honest and don't push for unnecessary services. I always knew my car was getting the absolute best work done when I dropped it off. As an added bonus they probably have one of, if not thee, coolest fish tanks in Southern California.
