First time client of Pacific German. I drove down from Long Beach for a minor service on my 911. Facility was clean, service was prompt, ending with a detailed explanation of what additional work was needed and estimate for repairs.

I just happened to be in the area from Arizona and they were able to schedule me in on the day I was leaving the state. I came in the morning to get the Matrix lights and Blue LED programmed in, no issues with the Blue LED getting programmed in but there was issues with getting the matrix function put in initially due to my car being one of the very early facelift versions. They reached out to their contacts and were able to get it worked at the end of the day. I got to the shop right before closing on my way out of the state and Tyler went out of his way and stayed after for an hour to make sure it was programmed in and working on my vehicle.
