This team never ceases to amaze me. Always honest and never steered me in the wrong direction. Shawn told me 12 years ago when I first started bringing my cars to him that I’m going to hate him for all the things he’ll find wrong with my car. But I’ll love him when he’s done repairing it as it drives like it’s coming off the lot. That statement couldn’t be more true!
Just a regular maintenance visit. As usual at Pacific German Tyler checked me in right on time and let me know what was entailed in the regular service and how long it would take. My Allroad was done short of the time stated and I was on my way. Can't ask for much more than that. Thanks to all at PG.

I was given a specific quote for my cars 30k service and it was very reasonable for the care and quality of service I received. They gave me an appointment time and had me in and out in a short amount of time. I love taking my car here because of their professionalism. It’s the only place I will take my car.
