Apparently Pacific German has no problem taking advantage of an older woman. Kept my car for 16 days (told me it was dangerous to drive due to rat eating wires) while I waited for him to prepare his estimate. I got a letter from my insurance company today that they won’t reimburse the $800 I paid him for storage because in California it isn’t allowed to charge storage fees while the vehicle is repairable (Owens v.Pyeatt, 248 Cal.App. 2D 840).

Eveyone at Pacific German was courteous and knowledgeable. They have many excellent operational, digital software programs in place from confirming future appointments to tracking parts on order to fulfill a future appointment.
