Laguna Hills and Costa Mesa AUTO REPAIR

I am so happy with the friendly service I get here at Pacific German. I never feel pressured or that they are looking for a reason to have more service done. They do what is my normal maintenance and if needed they will bring something to my attention. I have not felt pressured like I did when o took to the dealership. Great fast reliable and friendly service.

Took my Audu R8 in for multiple repairs. Excellent service, skilled technicians and competitive pricing. I will be a repeat customer!

I won’t take my car anywhere else. They know the ins-and-outs of my model of car and always make sure everything is running properly. They will even fix little issues they find that I forget to mention when I drop off the car. Highly recommend.

I have been going to the Laguna location for a few years now even though I live over an hour away. I feel like I can trust them, they have never tried to upsell me or bs me on anything. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I feel confident taking my vehicle there.

Pacific German is the only place I trust to service my reasonably modified GTI. Even when the car was under warranty, I never took it to the VW dealer. I highly recommend PG as the best place to get your German car serviced. Tyler is also great at making performance mod recommendations.

Great service and response time.

A great, professional place from the moment I walked in. The shop was clean, and they had an awesome waiting room area. You can tell they know what they’re doing. I got the service I needed within a reasonable amount of time, and they gave me a good explanation of what was done. Great experience overall!

They always keep me informed of what they’re doing and what they find. They are very thorough and they make sure I know what I need to keep an eye on.

AC repair done properly and cost effectively. I will continue to return to Pacific German for the needs of my 2011 Audi R8.

I have been to a few to shops in OC for work, some of them do decent work, but then have arrogant customer service, dirty shop, lacking professionalism. Pacific German this was my second time coming and these guys are true pros, have real knowledge, and overall the best the work! I will come back for 3rd time for more work!
