I had my headlights replaced by a collision center under insurance and the shop could not get them to adapt properly. Basically my headlights could not be adjusted to point correctly and this impaired night driving considerably. They sent the car to a VW dealership to fix and the VW dealership could not figure it out or get the headlights to adapt either. I also had my go-to tuning shop take a look, and they were unable to diagnose the problem with the headlights. I then called Pacific German to see if they had any ideas and I talked to Tyler about it; Tyler seemed to really know what he was talking about and had multiple ideas on the headlights and how to fix the problem. I brought the car in and left it with them for a day and a half to figure out. Sure enough I got a call from them and they had figured out the problem and had the headlights working great. Really appreciate the ability this shop had to diagnose and fix a problem that 3 other shops failed to fix. Thank you!

At this point, I wouldn't go anywhere else with my Audi! I have complete trust in the team to identify any issues and provide me the best solution at a fair price. Their detailed knowledge of the nuances of my specific car (Audi B7 RS4) means I also get great guidance on how to set the car up to get what I want out of it.

I've been living in LA for 4 years now and have gone through a number of "Audi/European Specialists" since I've been here. I either feel like I'm being lied to, played or they just really don't know what they're talking about. I decided to bring my C6 A6 to Pacific German after seeing a number of recommendations on the ACNA Facebook group. I've had a number of serious issues with my car in the past few years and I'm really regretting having not brought it to them in the first place. I live in DTLA but making the drive down for a service was 100% worth it. Sean was completely straightforward and honest with me about the condition of my car and what he thinks I should do with it. Complicated EOS roof issue-done. PG also completed thorough inspection and did needed repairs very well. Car handles awesome. Got the car back with nice wash. PG will be doing all my VW work & routine service.
