Right from the first phone call I felt secure and confident with Pacific German. Tyler was patient and informative. We discussed options and he let me know what he thought about my upgrades. I agreed with him and added a couple of things and he was totally onboard. They quoted me a price and stuck to that price, even though they did a little extra work for me. It is a family business and you feel like part of that family. I am so pleased with the work and confident everything was done professionally and expertly. I am so happy with their work and the way they do business that I would recommend them 7 days a week.

Outstanding place to have work done on my 2014 Audi Q7!! I started with major upgrades and now how taken my car in for regular servicing! Always professional, knowledgeable for sure and just great positive people! They had me in and out in no time. Even though it is not convenient for me as I live in Huntington Beach, I will not trust anyone other then Pacific German and the guys there to work on my car!
