Kevin said the business's staff does good work. However, the owner talks really fast and Kevin added he thinks he tries to up sale him sometimes. The facility itself does really good work, but the owner makes it difficult for him to trust him or the business, overall.

I've been living in LA for 4 years now and have gone through a number of "Audi/European Specialists" since I've been here. I either feel like I'm being lied to, played or they just really don't know what they're talking about. I decided to bring my C6 A6 to Pacific German after seeing a number of recommendations on the ACNA Facebook group. I've had a number of serious issues with my car in the past few years and I'm really regretting having not brought it to them in the first place. I live in DTLA but making the drive down for a service was 100% worth it. Sean was completely straightforward and honest with me about the condition of my car and what he thinks I should do with it. While I think I'll be getting rid of my current Audi soon, I'll definitely be making the trips down to service my next one. Thank you Sean and everyone at Pacific German.

How can I start? , well Tyler is the man got my gti tune stage 2 , so on 3/12/19 I went late to get it tune I called for an appointment they told we open till 7 pm in 30 Minutes they got it tune , so I took it home , felt like 40 +hp so email them they told me to take it Monday to get check , i went and they found out i didn't have power , a hose clamp snapped out , they fixed it and retune it , and god damn after all that my car got a big ass change super quick , , thanks pacific German !
