Been taking my S7 here for about a year now. There isn't anything these guys don't know. Professional service and expert workmanship. If you have a VW, Audi, Porsche, or Lamborghini and need servicing or performance enhancements there is no other shop to consider. I've taken my RS4 to Pacific German for performance upgrades and basic service and always had a great experience. Fantastic service, honest repair work and knowledgeable technicians I have a tiguan that has been problematic. Before coming to Pacific German the vw dealer was constantly finding little problems and not addressing the over all issue costing me serious money. I brought my tiguan Pacific German they found the problems gave me a plan of action and options. Since then they have been my go to mechanic for my tiguan and it has become less problematic.

So fortunate to have found such an excellent auto service provider for our VW. I spoke with Tyler regarding getting more power out of our 2018 Tiguan. We love the car and while it handles great the AWD version is a bit sluggish. Tyler made a few recommendations with no sales pressure at all. They installed a performance module and a new intake and now it's just perfect. They work on cars that cost 10 times what ours cost yet they treated us with honesty and respect. Also no need to go the the dealer at all since Pacific will do all your regular maintenance and it's all documented and disclosed via carfax. So no problems with warranty coverage, and lower cost. They even had everything done ahead of schedule!

Took my MK7 Golf R to Pacific German completely stock and and drove it back home with REVO Stage 3 IS38ETR, all I can say is driving this car, or should I say BEAST, back from the shop was a true pleasure and total surprise. With that being said sometimes things happen for a reason I originally was going with one plan with a different tuning company and thankfully that didn’t happen, I strongly believe things happen for a reason and that bad experience allowed me to be able to continue my research and find Pacific German. With their technology, state of the art facility and amazing quality of work they delivered me a Beast. Many times we wonder who is going to work on our car specially if you are a very meticulous owner in regards to how you treat your vehicle and how you care for it. A main concern I always had with shops is would they scratch it? would it be damaged? would the parts be installed correctly and by a certified technician not just a kid enthusiast? With Pacific German I had no worries, all those fears were completely taken away by being offered a quality service, with attention to detail and most importantly was guaranteed and backed up. Again, I can’t say enough great things regarding Pacific German, Shawn and Tyler are amazing. I left my car with 292hp and I drove it home with 500... thank you thank you, I am going to enjoy this.
