I was so impressed by this shop! Fabulous waiting room, love the aquarium, I could watch those fish for hours. I also noticed the customer service given to the other customers was first class. Thank you Shawn I really appreciate everything you did to help me out.

2 photos I have a 2019 Audi S5 that i've been customizing a bit. I bought some Carbon Fiber side view mirror caps and dynamic mirror signal blinkers. I called around and surprisingly not many shops wanted to do such a quick/simple job. I guess they didn't think it was worth their time. I called Pacific German and was expecting them to tell me they wouldn't either or it would need to be scheduled weeks out. I spoke with Tyler and he said they could fit me in 2 days later and it would take an hour. I booked the appointment showed up day of and they had the parts installed in an hour. The cost was very reasonable and I could tell by the other vehicles there that these guys are all quality techs/mechanics. I'm going back in a few weeks to have my new Carbon Fiber steering wheel installed there. If you're in the area, these are your "go to" guys.

Edgar said the staff have always been really good, and have a lot of professionalism. He added they know what they're doing and he would like to thank them for doing what they're doing, as they do great work.

Always fast service, reasonable prices, and they really know about the VW brand cars.
