I brought the Girlfriends car for the 20K service. they did what was needed to be done but also did a good inspection on the car as well. Warped rotors due to hard braking was found. Putting this on the list of things to get done. What I like about this shop is they will bring things to my attention for safety issues. this could be one of those later down the road. Always impressed with their work as they put much pride into their work and the clean shop shows. A great place for a dealer alternative.

Case said the staff was very professional and communicated with him in advance. He mentioned that the work was completed in a timely fashion.

They were quick to respond to many questions, order parts, and schedule my work. They got my work done even quicker than they quoted. They seem to be a no BS type of shop.

I have been taking my vw's to Pacific German for 8 years now and I have never been let down. the professionalism and honesty they carry is very rare to find in these days of time. Trusting mechanics is the scariest thing we go through when we take our cars in for maintenance and I can say I have never been scared to take my car into Pacific German. I went to this to get a new exhaust turboback system for my GTI. Tyler was the one helping through this process, he was extremely knowledgeable about any German cars. However, I am kind of new to German cars but if I ever have to go back to get some advise and to tune my car I would definitely go here. This is the place you wanna take your car and be confident after your car is done would be running great. They were super friendly and caring too about their customers.

I was so impressed by this shop! Fabulous waiting room, love the aquarium, I could watch those fish for hours. I also noticed the customer service given to the other customers was first class. Thank you Shawn I really appreciate everything you did to help me out.

2 photos I have a 2019 Audi S5 that i've been customizing a bit. I bought some Carbon Fiber side view mirror caps and dynamic mirror signal blinkers. I called around and surprisingly not many shops wanted to do such a quick/simple job. I guess they didn't think it was worth their time. I called Pacific German and was expecting them to tell me they wouldn't either or it would need to be scheduled weeks out. I spoke with Tyler and he said they could fit me in 2 days later and it would take an hour. I booked the appointment showed up day of and they had the parts installed in an hour. The cost was very reasonable and I could tell by the other vehicles there that these guys are all quality techs/mechanics. I'm going back in a few weeks to have my new Carbon Fiber steering wheel installed there. If you're in the area, these are your "go to" guys.
