Recently went in to get my horn fixed on my golf r mk6. They did an awesome job and also gave me a fair price as usual. Also tried to drop off the family tdi 2015 golf. They explained that the work was under warranty still at the dealer instead of fixing the issue. I had no clue it was under warranty still but thanks to pacific German and their honest mechanics like Tyler I was able to get the car fixed underneath warranty.. I really highly recommend going to pacific German over the dealer because they really honest and trustworthy.. Manny

Shawn and Tyler were both very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. My situation was covered through insurance. I had a terrible experience with the first shop that was supposed to handle the repairs but that was quickly changed when the car arrived at PG. They handled all conversations with my insurance company whom I did not want to deal with anymore. Will definitely be going back to them for major repairs and major maintenance.

Pacific German was able to fix my car for less than what the dealer wanted, while providing a level of service and experience that rivals dealership techs. These guys know what they are doing, and are very experienced with the cars they work on. I feel very comfortable with their knowledge and expertise and would rather bring my car here than any dealership. These guys don’t give you any run around and are very up front with everything they explain. If Pacific German wasn’t around to assist me my car would probably still be broken.

Needed pretty major repairs after timing chain broke. Very honest on the quote, kept me up to date as issues were found, and made sure it was done right.
