Laguna Hills AUTO REPAIR

This is my 2nd time that I've taken my 2014 Audi a4. I drive from San Jacinto ca, to Laguna Hills ca. (1:30 mins drive) . The first time I had my Audi realigned and had a stage 1 computer program for a performance upgrade. My resent visit was for another realignment issue and new front brakes and rotors. Next time I'll be getting a complete exhaust system, stage 2 computer program and a new intercooler system. Definitively I wouldn't go anywhere else with my Audi other than Pacific German. I highly recommend Pacific German for their great service and knowledgeable staff. Thank you once again Pacific German!!!

I’ve said this to Shawn the owner of Pacific German many times... the highest compliment I can give him and his shop is that it makes me want to buy another Audi because I know I have a great shop for repairs and maintenance.

I wanted to swap steering wheels on a 2018 Porsche Turbo. I emailed pictures of the current steering wheel and the new one. I was quoted a very good price. First of all, it is very hard to find anyone to even touch a job like this. A bunch of places gave me all these excuses as to why they would not do it. All the modules on the steering wheel have to be moved over. Its a complete rebuild of a all the electronics of the steering wheel. Pacific German communicated that this is "not a big deal" unlike everyone else. I kept asking them "are you sure" and they said they have done this several times before. First of all they did an incredible job. Toward the end, Shawn informed me "This took longer than we expected as this is not a wheel swap, but a rebuild" I replied "But I sent you the pictures of the wheels" He admitted he may not have looked at them. I was expecting him to say "We need to charge you more because its a lot more time". But instead he said "I just wanted to let you know because that is what is taking so long" They did NOT charge me any additional. IN addition they fixed and installed a battery terminal and attached a quick release for a trickle charger. They did not charge me for this repair that the dealer would have charged $150 for. Shawn then told me about his exhaust. I asked if I could hear it. Instead he drove me around in the car so I could experience. I am very pleased with this whole experience and appreciate the extra work they did that they did not charge me for and could have.
