Great first visit. Staff had expert advice about everything they sell and install. Quite impressive the experience that they have. Tyler was great to talk to because he didn’t BS and was just very knowledgeable. He also took the time to talk to other customers who weren’t so knowledgeable about modifying their car. He didn’t skip a beat.

Another great day at Pacific German! My 2013 Audi S4 Was scheduled for The 5000 mile oil change on a Saturday. Very convenient for me. happy that the team are open for Business on Saturdays! And every time I visit Pacific German I always check out the awesome cars that are being serviced there so many different models! So cool!! I had extensive work done on my 2007 RS4. Carbon clean, spark plugs, oil cooler leak, A-arm bushings, filters, new tires and alignment. Shawn and his team are very well versed with the RS4 (and most all Audi's of course) and it was very comfortable for us all to understand each other. Highly recommended especially if you have a unique model like an RS4.

First visit to Pacific German. Had the vehicle serviced and maintained at the dealership for the duration of the warranty. The AC fan repair went as promised, no surprises. Got to the shop at the scheduled time, and finished the work in the time frame promise. i believe that it is a family owned business, dad was in the office, and son did the work on my vehicle. I will be bringing my car there for future service.
