I called and scheduled a Saturday 45K Service appointment for my Audi S4. The accommodated and were very thorough with everything. In addition, they also adjusted my Milltek Exhaust tips, as requested. I love their knowledge and expertise with Audi's and performance tuning. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who loves their car and expects the very best service for it as well.

Shawn and his crew always handle things in a timely and professional manner. Never great to have a major mechanical issue but Pacific German does a great job of providing great service along with handling the issue correctly. Also, giving great advice on the future maintenance of the vehicle. On this particular issue I was even able to contact Shawn outside of business hours for some emergency advice, outstanding!

I had a minor setback with a seized component on my suspension. They explained the issue and extended ETA so I made arrangemtnets to be picked up. There car was completed by the time they advised. Been bringing my S4 here for the last year or two and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They explain what’s necessary, optional and recommend quality parts and service is great. Never had an issue post service and trust their work

Everytime my Touareg is due for any work I bring it down to Pacific German. prior to dropping it off I always address any concerns. this time was the tire balance and alignment along with the 40K service. They got it all done and done it right the car drives much smoother and I know all was done right the first time. Thanks guys for your hard work my Touareg appreciates it as well.

Pacific German is my Go To shop for Audi service. Xlnt technical knowledge on both stock and higher performance matters. Good communication. Good value compared to dealers. Took a few extra days to get parts this time, but worth the wait to drive with confidence until the next service. Thx guys.
