The best VW/Audi group shop in the LA area. I make the drive from West LA to have my car worked on by these guys. Shawn, Mason, and Tyler provide honesty, quality work, and reasonable prices.

Shawn and his crew are the most knowledgeable and professional guys I've ever encountered in the auto world! They're passionate about German cars and it shows in their work. They ran full diagnostics on my allroad and worked up a very thorough (and fair) estimate.

Pacific German has been nothing been staller when it comes to the quality of work, inspection conducted on my vehicle, and identifying preventative maintenance. Their prices are more than fair compared to other shops especially considering the quality of work done. Not the easiest commute for sure considering I live in Venice and the shop is located in Lake Forest but that should tell you something that I'm willing to make that drive. Tyler and Shawn at Pacific German are amazing, and so are other guys on their staff. They follow classic "underpromise and overdeliver" model. I recently had suspension upgrades done to my Porsche 911, and Tyler saved couple thousand dollars by talking me out of unnecessary (at this point) mods. He was able to strike the perfect balance between performance focused daily 911 that will see occasional track use with 3-4 events per year. Great job guys and you've earned my business!
