Laguna Hills AUTO REPAIR

All went as planned. I had the over 50k mile inspection light that came on. PG did a full inspection and was able to let me know of future repairs that needs to be done. I am pleased of the work performed. A side from them saying they rotated my tires and not doing it. (Curb rash on rim is still on same side) it’s ok, cause mife is the one that brought the car in and doesn’t notice those things. Haa I will be back to do more work/repairs. I would recommend this shop.

Sean and his mechanics are really knowledgeable about German motors. They have taken care of our Audi’s for over 11 years and are always honest with their opinions and suggestions about what needs to be replaced or repaired on our cars. They care for my Audi’s as if they were their own. They have a very clean shop and always return my car very clean and fluids full. They are the best mechanics I have found on German cars. We don’t even bother with the Audi insurance because Pacific German is better than any AUDI insurance I could have! Love them.

My thanks to all for the service you provide; it is always first rate. Once again I drove away satisfied that all is well with my Allroad. A special thanks to Tyler and Shaun for the extra steps you take to keep me informed and for getting my input too. I will be back--hopefully only for regular tune-ups. Thanks again!

Took the Jetta In for, road debris that caused a flat. Pacific German Is always Amazing -- Patched the tire -- The setup I have on the Jetta (wherls/tires), has been Awesome for months, all done by PG ? The car runs as Smooth as a cruise Missile I also had to do some Software updates (for Work) and they have Fast Wi-Fi too to boot ? And they were, so kind to give me the password, w/o having to ask for It.. Thanks Shawn, Tyler, PG!!

Can’t thank Pacific German enough. Called them up because of an EPC fail which was causing my ignition problems. I initially spoke with Shawn who was very informative about what was causing the issue but even more important was how they were going to resolve it. Blow away by the service here. There was even a delay because of a part an Shawn offered to get me a rental car for the night.

I will never trust anyone else with my vehicles!

Brought my 2003 Boxster here for window repair. Window would not drop when opening the door. Repair took a reasonable amount of time, Shawn and his team also performed an overall diagnostic identifying items for future repair. Shop is very clean and it's fun looking at the cars in his shop.

We've been taking our German vehicles to Pacific German back in their old shop. Originally a GTI, now we've moved onto a Audi and their work continues to be top notch. Always solid work and they are very trustworthy. They take care of your car like it's their own and you can tell from the attention to detail in every little bit, from the cleanliness of the shop to the quality of work they perform on your car, whether you are just in for an oil change, or a full rebuild. We've actually stuck with German cars just because we know that we have a reliable shop to take them to.
