My experience was excellent. I made an appointment online about a week in advance. I arrived first thing in the morning and figured I was going to be there all day. I brought my lap top and figured I could get some work done. Quite to the contrary. Tyler took down my info and had my car on the lift not long after I arrived. I'd have to say that I was in and out under 2 hours which is pretty impressive. Facility: Pacific German's facility has to be one of the nicest in Orange County and maybe all of So Cal. The customer lounge is super neat and has fast WiFi for those customers waiting. The shop itself is clinically clean. For the customer, a great feature is the massive fish tank that separates the shop from the customer lounge. You never want customers in the shop while work is being done, but the customers, if they are car people like me want to be around the cars. The fishtank lets you look right out into the shop and see what is going on. Such a nice touch. Knowledge Base: This is a family run business. This is a business run by enthusiasts. Enthusiasts are usually into details - detail oriented people are who you want working on your vehicle. Pacific German is going to take that little bit of extra care which makes all the difference. Check out their Insta feed to see the types of vehicles they are working on regularly. Audi, Lamborghini, Porsche - this is a place you can trust to do the work right.

I could give him more stars if I could. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service and the way they handle my transaction from beginning to end. Shawn was kind enough to take his time and send me pictures of the progress of the work they were performing on my 2011 Porsche 911 Turbo S. He went above and beyond what i asked for and so far i'm very pleased and will recommend him to anyone. I found my life time mechanic shop, i'm glad i decided to give him a chance. Great service. Routine oil change but was advised of some preventative maintenance that should be done in the very near future. Shawn informed me of the issues at hand and thoroughly described reasons they needed to be address, as well as potential consequences to neglecting. He did so without being “pushy” and I believe his recommendations are in my best interest.

Texts letting me know my car is ready is great. They are great.

Shawn and his team have been taking care of my GTI for 7 years now! Every time I take it I have trust and confidence the car will be serviced properly and in as time efficient a way as possible. I like that they send you text message updates of when the car is ready. Shawn really knows the technical details of these cars and is able to explain it very thoroughly. I highly recommend Pacific German, there’s clearly some passion for what they do and it shows. The fish tank in the waiting area is also cool. Thanks Shawn and team! PG provides excellent customer service!!

Service was good and price accommodating, staff seems to be overwhelmed with work. I asked if someone could give me a ride back home and after waiting for 30 minutes, I reminded him that I was waiting and he apologized, it seems that he forgot, and he then proceeded to tell me that the car was done. It would help to have someone at the front desk to welcome customers and attend their needs.
