Pacific German is an awesome shop. Very knowledgable staff, polite and friendly. They also tell it like it is, which is refreshing. I have a pretty heavily modified MK7 GTI and with Tyler's experience with his own race spec GTI I can find no other shop that could be more knowledgable. I have been coming to Pacific German for years now. Shawn and his team are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and always do an amazing job on servicing, modifying my vehicles. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own, if not better. This shop doesn't Mickey Mouse anything (always nothing but the best nor half a**ed). Shawn is always precise and is a no BS individual, which I love and respect. I have service plans on every one of my vehicles and I would rather have these guys work on my car and pay for their time opposed to having the dealership work on my cars for free. I am an extremely detailed oriented individual and I leave their shop each and every time 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Pacific German to EVERYONE. Keep crushing it Shawn and team!

For those of us that love VAG vehicles, like the ads say: it’s love. Something about these cars screams character and the good people at Pacific German know that. The owner of the business worked on my car himself on a holiday. I couldn’t believe it. That is respect in my mind. I love my GTI and Pacific German takes care of me and my car. If you are meticulous like I am, there is no where else to take it. Their experience cannot be rivaled and for 3 years now I have come to fully trust their great advice about parts, mods, repairs, etc. Come here at the very least to watch them work on $200k supercars through their tropical fish tank... surreal. Shawn and his group are extremely professional and thorough with everything they do. Just look at their shop and it shows their quality overall. They are at the top of their field!!!!!!I'm leaving the area in the near future and Pacific German will be difficult or impossible to replace.

Routine service. Did the normal work with no issues. Advised of a tire pressure issue to keep an eye on, but that's it. Always able to trust their advice.
