There is no 4.5 so I elected 4 only because I believe a 5 represents a 'perfect' review/score. I appreciate the service and repair work that Pac German (PC) performed on my car because it came from another shop that did not perform those services. I actually have no way of knowing how well the repairs and work were done as I am in another state, and have yet to receive my car back (which as nothing to do with PC). However, the information provided about my car through the course of repairs was always given in a professional and polite manner. They took the car, got started on the original work items, found other issues, and fixed the original and additional issues timely. Unfortunately, my car was there during SEMA so there were other issues that may have hampered PC's schedule. I truly believed they would have finished sooner if not for this and waiting on a few parts. If I had one criticism, it would be PC's follow up. I work in a business where follow up and communication is paramount to being successful. Often, I would receive an email that a follow up email and or call would follow the next day which did not happen. I would have to call the shop to get a timely update referring to that previous email sent. Again, this is my only criticism. PC appears to be a professional company with the utmost knowledge of the cars they work on / specialize in. I would certainly refer them without hesitation (especially if i lived in CA). Thank you guys for the work.
