The craftsmanship and expertise of Audi product by Shawn and is crew is second to note. And at a fair price. Do not step foot at a stealership once your warranty expires. Shawn and crew are great. I used to work a couple of miles away. Now I am in Lakewood, but still make the trek for any major work needed. They are that good and worth the effort. My '01 A4 made it 235k miles before I sold it. Pacific German is a big reason why it last that long. Now I have an A3 and they take care of it too. If only all repair shops had the integrity and expertise of Pacific German.
