I have been taking my wife's Pink Volkswagon convertible for three years and I am always impressed with the highly competitive service that I receive. They are always on time and budget and they will work to solve problems in different ways if you are on a budget. Also, they will stage repairs over time if that is an option, but they do not sacrifice safety. I feel personally cared for and respected. Hard to beat that kind of relationship with an automotive repair place. I was happy when I stopped going to other places that constantly lied to me.

Good knowledgeable staff and nice service. This place is honest and really stand behind their work and products. Highly recommend for VW/Audi service, mods and tuning.

I am confident that they will go over my car thoroughly even it’s just an oil change. I drive a lot for my commute and I don’t want a mechanical issue. I always feel better when the mechanics at Pacific German go over my car.

Not much to say, simply great service and the result shows it.

Windshield install was great but I’m not sure why it was noted that the tires were below spec and needing replacement. They were just rotated and the tire depth checked and was well within spec.
