As my first experience with Pacific German, I can say that I am impressed. The facility itself does not remind you of a garage. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and has a beautiful fish tank to admire. But more importantly, everyone I talked to was professional and extremely knowledgeable. They explained every detail and procedure and although the repairs were extensive, I never felt as if I was being taken advantage of. Highly recommended!

Shawn and his team are the best. I have been bringing my Audi A4 Avant to him for the last 7 years. They always provide excellent service and solid explanations for the required service. My Audi is running like new with over 235k miles. Shawn has also helped keep my repair bill down by checking out the quality used/refurbished parts market for my 1998 A4 Avant.
