This was my first experience with Pacific German. I drive a 2010 vw cc. The CEO and President Shawn was very explanatory in describing the services performed based on thoroughly checking my vehicle's different systems and mechanical parts. I've only had my vw a couple days but I am very satisfied with it's performance. I look foward to continuing to have my vw served there!

Extremely thorough post-purchase inspection for a Gen 1 Audi R8. Pacific German immediately identified issues with the car that were previously missed by a separate 3rd party inspector. Car is back in my hands and is running great. Very happy with the service and will be using Pacific German for all future vehicle servicing and vehicle upgrades.

Had extensive work done on my mkvi Golf R. The vehicle was covered through an extended warranty, and Sean was able to navigate the murky waters and supply me with the best options for repair; despite what the warranty company was urging. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and honest. They went above and beyond in my case and I greatly appreciate it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I'm delighted to provide an overwhelming thumbs up review for Pacific German! I had an elusive and nagging check engine light issue. Given their extensive experience with Audi/VW, they quickly identified the likely cause and provided an estimate, along with a technical explanation as to what is happening. I then had the work done and am extremely pleased their initial theory was accurate, they completed the work at the quoted price and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!

Pacific German is without a doubt, the best VW/Audi/Porsche shop in Orange County. I've been taking my Volkswagen there for the longest time, and don't trust anyone else to touch it. Whenever I get my car back from service, it drives like new! The quality of work they do is absolutely stellar, and Shawn and his technicians are so knowledgeable and passionate about the cars they work on. I've never once had to bring my car back because the job was done incorrectly.
