I had noise coming from the front brakes. PG had the issue diagnosed and fixed in minutes. These guys know their stuff and they consistently get it done right and on time. They have made great upgrade recommendations that have improved my cars performance without being too costly. I trust them more than any other shop to ensure my car is safe and running at its peak.

This is absolutely the best place I have ever taken a car to to be repaired. Extremely professional. Explains what is being done and why. Goes overboard to be of service. And it's not charging exorbitant prices. I hate to Sell my 2006 Audi convertible simply because I will not have them anymore to take care of it and me.

I brought the ladies car down for an oil change. They got it done quickly. checked out everything else and we were done. It is a simple as that bringing the cars there. Very professional staff and great work. I also love the aquarium that they have in the shop. It is great at keeping me entertained while i am waiting.

I lost my Audi key fob and went to Pacific German to order a new one. All my keys had to be reprogrammed which took only 20 minutes. Pacific's price was much lower than the dealer. The process was quick and smooth.

So I just finished with major upgrades to my 2014 Audi Q7! The guys at Pacific German are absolutely outstanding in their knowledge and ideas when it came to upgrading my car. The finished product is beyond my expectations!! The attention to detail, their own demand for perfection and the myriad of ideas to further improve the look and performance of the car was outstanding! I will not take my car anywhere else for upgrades or future service. They are better than a dealer. My thanks to Shawn, Tyler and Mason for all the hard work and making my car incredible!
