Excellent knowledge of Audi and the work performed was very professional. The work was substantially completed in one day. The shop was was clean and organized and I was kept informed of the progress. The diagnosis of what was needed was far better than the Audi dealership provided. The cost was reasonable and far below what the dealership quoted. I will continue to use Pacific German for all my Audi repairs and maintenance.

I have been going to Pacific German for over 4 years now. They provide great service, explain what they are going to do and give you options based on your needs. They have serviced my SQ5 and now my S5. I am moving to AZ the first if the year but will come back often to visit family and take my S5 to Pacific German. Because my “Trixie” deserves the best!!

First time client and didn't know what to expect. I was there to get my h&r coilovers installed on my 2017 a4 with 20' staggered wheels. I also had them look at an alignment issue with my exhaust pipes. Mason was the mechanic that worked on my car. Well spoken young man who knows his VAG cars. They installed the coilovers within the estimated time....due to the fact I have staggered wheels on my FWD a4, it took some time to get it right, but they got it right. Mason also fixed my exhaust alignment issue and helped me with some other questions I had about my B9. Also wound up buying an 034 Motorsport rear sway bar from them instead of the 034 Motorsport track sway bar kit. They basically talked me out of spending more money with them for the greater good of what I was trying to accomplish with my car. These guys are good honest guys, extremely professional and do great work. Put 200 miles on the new coilovers and no issues whatsoever, alignment is dead center and I can take my hand off the wheel and the car tracks straight. For working professionals that can't drop off your car during the week, they're open on Saturdays...I think by appointment only, not sure... but now I can finish my build knowing a compentent shop is open on the weekend. Highly recommend having them work on your car.

They repaired my car exactly as promised. They already had the part on stock, although it was a big (expensive) part needed, which was really cool. Everything was done the same day and my car feels as good as new now.

I always feel like they go out of their way at to do such perfect work every time I come here. So far I brought 3 different cars this month all Vw golfs and everything was great. I plan on being very loyal to the shop after the honest and great work they have provided. I highly recommend comming here if u haven’t already.
