Second car with these guys. First car received stage 2 tune, down pipes, performance exhaust and high flow air box, lowering widening sway bars and more. Great job and car is going strong 25k miles later. New car got a VF tune and was lowered and widened. air filters too! These guys do a great job and can improve any cars performances or just change your oil. Thank you Shawn, Tyler and the team.

I had extensive work done on my 2007 RS4. Carbon clean, spark plugs, oil cooler leak, A-arm bushings, filters, new tires and alignment. Shawn and his team are very well versed with the RS4 (and most all Audi's of course) and it was very comfortable for us all to understand each other. Highly recommended especially if you have a unique model like an RS4.

I'm a relatively new customer. I've had three visits to the shop, two with my GTI MKVII for a tune and suspension/wheel upgrade and one with my Alltrack for general maintenance. Each time I came away very satisfied with the work and customer service. I trust Pacific German with my cars and look forward to future upgrades.

Simply put: There is no other place I will take my car for service. Sean and his team at Pacific German have always provided great recommendations and service at a very reasonable cost. They are extremely knowledgeable and pay attention to detail leaving my wife and me very happy and confident in the service rendered to our vehicle.

We originally came across these guys to do a PPI on my wifes Audi Q5, which we bought on Shawns recommendation, from SHIFT CA. His evaluation of the vehicle was spot on, and it has been a great ride since the purchase. At the time I had an Audi S5 with some issues. The Audi dealership was quoting me a crazy price for bushings and sensors. Shawn did the job for half the price, but twice the value. A year later, I bought a Porsche 997.2 and Mason did a five hour PPI, and gave a thumbs up, identifying all the potential issues and the positive aspects of the car. Just recently I took the car to Shawn to check out some concerns that I had, they identified the issues, worked with the warranty company and Mason is getting the job done. The bottom line is that these guys know there stuff, they have integrity, and their advice over the long run will save an owner of a performance vehicle $$$ over time. I do not use any other company to touch our vehicles, I drive them to Pacific German because I have confidence in their abilities and trust their judgement. Truely quality company.
