I have been taking my wife's Pink Volkswagen convertible for three years and I am always impressed with the highly competitive service that I receive. They are always on time and budget and they will work to solve problems in different ways if you are on a budget. Also, they will stage repairs over time if that is an option, but they do not sacrifice safety. I feel personally cared for and respected. Hard to beat that kind of relationship with an automotive repair place. I was happy when I stopped going to other places that constantly lied to me.

Tyler is always great to work with, very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I've done basic maintenance and ECU/TCU tuning with Pacific German and they always do a great job. Honest people who stand by their work. Recommend for any VW/Audi maintenance, mods or tuning.
