No one ever wants to drop their car off for a specific service only to learn they need to do much more work than they thought. But this is what happened to me and I am grateful to Pacific German for identifying and repairing critical systems of my vehicle. Their complete and thorough knowledge of my Audi and recommended services literally saved me thousands of dollars and the inconvenience of being left stranded by the side of the road from a broken down car.
