Shawn, Tyler, Elizabeth and the entire team their is just so wonderful. After years of being a customer they still treat me and my family as if it was the first time walking through their door. Amazing first experience at Pacific German. I had just bought my S4 and headed to their shop to be checked out as well as some upgrades to be installed. They took care of me from start to finish and the attention to detail and communication was on another level. The technician took me through his entire inspection and explained everything from the good to the things he recommended be replaced or rebuilt and why. I will be taking my S4 to them for everything from a oil change to any type of upgrade I choose to purchase. I don’t care how far away they are from me.
