Been coming to Pacific German for a few years and it never ceases to amaZe me the incredible level of service and professionalism they offer. As I always say Pacific German is the industry standard for your German automotive needs.

Tyler was very informative and helpful. He made my decision easy. I trust Pacific German for all my Audi needs.

As always, I was checked in for 150K service, including an explanation of what it consisted of and how long it would take. The service was completed in less time than expected and there were no other issues. Due to the regular service by PG, My Allroad runs as well or better than when I originally purchased it, better mileage and more pop. It is still stock quatro. thanks to all at PG.

I received really personalized attention and detailed inspection of a car I was considering purchasing for my daughter. Ultimately, I did not purchase it because of what I learned relative to the price the dealer was demanding; however, I learned so much more than just what repairs were going to be needed to make me comfortable! Just a great and informative experience all the way around. I will certainly return and recommend Pacific German to my friends and any acquaintances alike.

Once again Pacific German was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue with my 996. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on this car. Thanks again!

If you’re going to own cars with high mileage you better have a good mechanic. Pacific German is keeping our cars on the road. They are exceptional in their knowledge and customer service. Wish we had found them sooner.

Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Excellent service.

My first visit with Pacific German was excellent. I got a referral by more than one person so I was quite confident in the integrity of the business and the competence and level of service provided. They did not disappoint. I’m on a long journey restoring a little Porsche 986 but I know I’m in good hands. Thanks to the whole team for such an unscathed experience.
