Amazing first experience at Pacific German. I had just bought my S4 and headed to their shop to be checked out as well as some upgrades to be installed. They took care of me from start to finish and the attention to detail and communication was on another level. The technician took me through his entire inspection and explained everything from the good to the things he recommended be replaced or rebuilt and why. I will be taking my S4 to them for everything from a oil change to any type of upgrade I choose to purchase. I don’t care how far away they are from me.

I left my Boxster there for the day for a routine oil change. By 4 pm I hadn’t heard from them. So I called and was told they didn’t have the correct oil filter. So I waited until the next day. They should have known that before I left the car there all day. On top of that, they were happy to recommend an alignment while being unable to change the oil. Not a good first impression for a first time customer
