I had a major catastrophic engine failure in my 2017 Jetta Sport. Had the car towed straight to Pacific German. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me i needed to replace the engine. The owner took charge of my case and despite the numerous high end exotics they service, he personally oversaw my car. They did all the work to source new and used engines. Once i gave to go ahead, they took care of everything. PG completed the work in a relatively short time, including a last minute mod request. 500 miles later and so far the Jetta is running great! I will be taking my other cars to Pacific German!

I purchased my first Audi that did not have a complete service history, even with only 40,000 miles. Pacific German helped me establish a yearly maintenance program, and they completed my major servicing. Pacific German was able to identify issues with the mis-matched front tires and were able to order some of the hardest to find Michelin Pilots. I can't thank the team enough for everything; I can't wait to start adding performance parts! If you have any German car, these guys are simply the best.
