Shawn is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He and his team overhauled my recently acquired 2002 996 and corrected a myriad of problems due to previous owner’s neglect. I dropped my car off in early in the morning for routine maintenance as I have numerous times. I asked if it was possible to have my car back by 3pm since I needed it for the weekend. It was ready as promised. It's a family run business, and I always get straight answers from the owner, Shawn, when I have a question about parts or service. I judge a business by how they treat their customers and the quality of the work they perform. I keep going back so what does that tell you.

Tyler and Shawn helped me to do the service for my car. They responded to me very quickly and effectively. Perfect place for doing car service. Definitely will come back again for next service.

As has always been the case, I was informed of what was to be done for the regular service and my requested items and how long it would take. Tyler updated me as to my requested items as they were checked. The service was completed in the time It was projected and I was completely satisfied. What more could anyone ask. I recently decided to buy a Porsche 911. I was primarily looking at the 996 and 997 generations. After doing a couple months of research and test driving a few cars I found a couple I was interested in. I looked up multiple shops, read reviews, and spoke to service advisors about their pre-purchase inspections. After speaking with Shawn at Pacific German I decided to pursue a car I found in Southern CA. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and offered various levels of pre-purchase inspections. Booking with them was a simple process and they even emailed me a copy of everything they would be inspecting. The seller ended up canceling and rescheduling this inspection two times time but fortunately Pacific German was very accommodating. After the seller finally showed up for the inspection he quickly left after he heard the in depth inspection that was about to take place. Although I was disappointed the deal fell through I was relieved I did not make a huge mistake buying a car with existing issues.

Had my GIAC ECU wiped out by Porsche service techs during a routine service. Tyler and company diagnosed the problem over the phone and had me in the next day for the fix. Great service at a reasonable price!

These guys are awesome!!! Insane thorough diagnostics with pictures that show what care needs to be done now and in the near future. Work is done in a timely matter and if time is needed they will help assist you with a rental car if needed. Look elsewhere, this is where you want to be!!!!
