Needed to have my 2009 Porsche 911 S / 997.2 oil changed. Browsed my latest copy of Pando and found the Pacific German ad. Went online and made an appointment for an oil change and requested a free safety inspection. Glad I did. Shawn was very thorough and I really liked the vehicle inspection report. The report showed that I needed new engine mounts, brake system flush and the the overall condition of the front and rear suspension. (Pictures were also included in the report which helps you see under the car) Shawn did say that my car was very clean and well cared for. With the recommended suspension repairs (which were a necessity) I would clearly maintain the high value of my car especially if I decided to sell it in the future. After careful consideration, I decided to have all of the recommended work completed and what a transformation! The car handles and rides like it came out of the Porsche factory in 2009. Additionally, I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the repair shop and how hi-tech everything looked while doing the final inspection before taking my car home.

The splitters I ordered for my M3 didn't fit properly (damn ebay) but, as always, these guys took care of me. They removed my broken front lip and showed me that the new splitters didn't fit. After that, they didn't charge me for the labor of taking off my old lip even though it was my fault that the new splitters didn't fit. These guys are world class!

Shawn and Tyler's team are THE best. They find a way to accommodate everyone even when they are crazy busy. Their customer service is much better than I have experienced at Porsche Irvine. I take all of my cars to Pacific German.

Tyler is the best! He has a wealth of knowledge for R-8's, I shopped many places in the O.C. to have work on my car done and was so happy when I met him and Pacific German for my ride.
