Its hard to leave your pride and joy at a shop, its even harder when you were a shop owner for 15+ years yourself. Think your kid going to kindergarten for the first time anxiety as a parent. Ive known Tyler for years now, we would run into each other at events. I needed some work on my rs4 as I have been busy w business travel and simply don’t have the time these days. Tyler was great to work with, understanding my modified car and went above and beyond to ensure my work requirements were followed correctly as requested and also noticed things I didn’t and addressed them. They're extremely trustworthy and you know that you're in good hands. Prices are more than fair and even having a manufacturer's warranty I prefer to take my car in to Pacific German.
