The office staff and mechanics are all very knowledgeable and service minded. There is a good sense of organization, confidence and professionalism in the office. Several of the folks are German car owners as well. Glad I was recommended to Pacific German.

Short answer: if you want to keep your car running right and longer bring it here. Brought my GTI in because I was getting some weird noise and didn't have anywhere to get lifted up. The folks at German Pacific identified the cause and more importantly they spotted serious issues that I doubt a generic shop would have found. These issues could have become very serious and I likely wouldn't have noticed them until too late. German Pacific provided detailed photos to show the issues and also gave me a detailed explanation about what we could do to address these issues. To the extent we had minor issues about timely communication (just a day or two behind no big deal), the shop more than made up for it by owning up to the issue and even offering a decent discount. Overall, definitely will be using this shop again.
