Brought my 2003 Boxster here for window repair. Window would not drop when opening the door. Repair took a reasonable amount of time, Shawn and his team also performed an overall diagnostic identifying items for future repair. Shop is very clean and it's fun looking at the cars in his shop.

We've been taking our German vehicles to Pacific German back in their old shop. Originally a GTI, now we've moved onto a Audi and their work continues to be top notch. Always solid work and they are very trustworthy. They take care of your car like it's their own and you can tell from the attention to detail in every little bit, from the cleanliness of the shop to the quality of work they perform on your car, whether you are just in for an oil change, or a full rebuild. We've actually stuck with German cars just because we know that we have a reliable shop to take them to.

I bought a used Jetta with a bag of problems. Pacific German of course knocking it out of the park help me get it dial in. Help me in a timely matter and I was able to get some upgrades in the process. I have full trust for all my German needs .

Fortunate to have found Pacific German a couple years ago. Have been taking our VW GTI here vs dealer service because trustworthy, reliable and pricing.

I have owned my 2008 Cayenne for 12 years and have had it serviced by Porsche dealers from Beverly Hills to Newport Beach. Pacific German tops them all especially In the way they treat you So caring. In short, Pacific German is the best German Auto Shop in Orange County at the moment. I will always recommend this shop as a “Go To” repair shop and performance upgrades specialist. I don’t normally review but this shop absolutely deserved a 5 star.

Had Revo stage 1 software and intake installed on my B8 Audi A4 Avant. Besides the obvious horsepower increase and the beautiful audible sounds from the intake and blow off valve, Pacific German made the performance choices easy. They continue to do great work with zero issue, as my project continues with my wagon PG will be the only place my Audi will have work done.
