I'm very particular about who I let work on our cars. Pacific German was recommended to us. They take great care of our two Volkswagens. Always happy with their work and attention to detail.

I had a nail in my tire that expedited the process of me buying new tires. Shawn gave me several options to choose from, and came in under dealership prices. He also got me an enterprise rental to use in the mean time, since I was without a car. I got my car back in a couple of days, cleaner than when I gave it to him, which is a nice change to coming back to dirt in my car from when the dealership has it. Thank you for all your help, I really appreciate it!

My recent experience with Pacific German, here is my story: I was driving and all of a sudden, my car starts to rev up, temperature shot up to HOT and I was freaking out. I pulled over and tuned off my car and called Pacific German to see if they could help. This happened Thursday and I was already had an appointment for Saturday morning. They were so nice over the phone and tried to help me and give me tips to see what might have been the issue. Tyler was so patient, and he had the best customer service. I live in Riverside and my head was not in the right place. Thankfully the team at Pacific German, especially Tyler were amazing as always. They tried to see if there was a friendly shop near me, but the best bet was to have it towed to their shop, which I am so glad I did. One shop near me was trying to pull a fast one and wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars!! But I am so glad I didn’t do that and just had it tow from Riverside to their shop!!! Seriously there is no other place I will take my cars to, but to Pacific German. They don’t see you as “Cha-Ching” let make money, they see you as people, and turn you into a long-time customer. My rating and experience is by far out of this world!!! Anyone who reads this, TRUST me, you will be satisfied, and you won’t be screwed, plus they warranty their work. Thank you again guys, I and my family appreciate you.

Pacific German is by far thee best place to bring your car in for service or any performance needs. This was my first time visiting Pacific German and my VW Rabbit needed some love. I don’t like taking my car just anywhere, and if you’re a car enthusiast you wouldn’t either. I normally would go to the dealership thinking that’s the only place that could service my car to the best quality. MAN WAS I WRONG. My brother recommended me to bring my car here although I lived in Riverside, and this was the best thing I could have done for my VW Rabbit. When I walked in their customer service was amazing, told them what I needed and they were just amazing. I picked up my car and it was SO DAILED in it was like I had a new car. I drove my Rabbit HARD like I normally do and I was just astonished, mind blown, taken back, you name it I was feeling it. Pacific German gave my Rabbit love and took care of her like it was their own. I cant wait to go back, and bring my girls car to them and tell everyone to bring their cars here. Got a stage 2 tune on my VW MkIV at a resonable price and now my car has never ran better. Car was done within 6 hours of dropping it off, can’t beat that. I’ll be taking my car back here again in the future!
