Had my girlfriend’s car in for service. Shawn and his team are incredibly helpful. They’re extremely knowledgeable and will walk you through everything they do and why they do it. Nobody else I trust more with mine or my friends cars’.

Staff was excellent Knowledgeable and friendly Attention to detail was lacking After picking up 911 I discovered that the motor compartment cover was not latched. Then as I drove down the street I got a low tire pressure alert. Which means nobody checked car tire pressure on a annual service. What else did they not check ?

Cannot wait to take my S3 to the track after my latest mods installed by Pacific German. New engine mounts and Big Brake Kit topped with the Wavetrac. Going to drop seconds off my lap times!!!

I had the common leaking oil pan on my Audi and decided to have Pacific German redo the sealant. Tyler at Pacific German did an excellent job at removing the old sealant and applying new one as well as replacing the OEM hardware. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have their car serviced.

I went to PG for routine maintenance on my Q5 after getting a ridiculous quote from an Audi dealer. They took care of the service while I waited and even found an oil leak that will be fixed at a dealer under warrranty. And they documented the leak with photos I can show Audi! All in all, I’m very pleased with PG and the service and pricing they provided.

Used to bring the girlfriends car here and had a great experience. Started to bring my own car here and have the same great experience. They even find things overlooked or not cared about about by other mechanics and even the dealer. There is a peace of mind leaving the place I don’t get from other experiences. It’s nice to know you are in good hands and their customer experience is top notch. They care as much about your car as you do. I even recommended this place before I bought my VW because of friends feedback that came in.

It was only a minor service, yet I received the same treatment as always. Greeted by name, given explanation of service and time expected, informed of future service and possible needs based on wear and tear. The service was completed per expected time and I was on my way. What more can one ask?
