Shawn was very courteous and efficient on the phone when I explained my issue with my Porsche. I had it towed in and in 72 hours the alternator was replaced and the car (cleaner than when brought in) was ready for pick up. I am very pleased with the service I received at Pacific German for my Porsche 911 forty thousand mile check. The shop is clean, family owned, and well managed. Someone always answers the phone, responds promptly and answers all my questions. The owners are very knowledgeable and the pricing was fair for the work performed. They returned my car clean inside and out and it feels like new. I will go back when needed!

I brought my Audi Q5 in for scheduled front brakes and I casually mentioned that one of my tire sensors had alarmed the day before. They checked all 4 tires and found a nail left tire and subsequently repaired it..Thet really take care of their customers. Love these guys!
