They took the time to explain as well as showed to me the problem, most importantl, what could happen if I ignored it and why I need to address it. Excellent and above Amazing service I recently purchased a used V10 R8. I took it to Pacific German for an oil service and to do a quick check. Shawn the owner is an R8 enthusiast and has owned four of them. Shawn quickly took lead on my car and they were able to find and diagnose a significant oil leak as well as a major service that was missed by the previous owner. They ordered all the parts. Sent me videos showing the leak and the repairs needed. The car runs better than I left it and above all Pacific German back all their service with a 24 month warranty.... in all these years I have never heard of such a warranty in any service shop! This in it self instills confidence in their work. Thank you Shawn and Pacific German. You have a customer for life.
