Laguna Hills AUTO REPAIR

After receiving many recommendations from local Audi owners to bring my 2008 A8 to Shawn and Pacific German, I now understand why. The repairs were costly, as the car has 120,000 miles, which is never easy but I feel that my car was in the best hands with the Pacific German team. They were thorough, did a great job of explaining any issues needing repair, and the car drives better then it has in years.

Reliable and knowledgeable service on my Audi

Pacific German has a highly skilled mechanic crew that are well trained. When I first saw all the nice cars I knew I would get the finest work done on my car. I think these mechanics are trained better then you would see at a dealer. The system that German Pacific is something I have never before.They will take Snap shots of areas of the car they are checking. Findings that the dealer should have informed me that didn’t PG did. That’s a huge plus in my book. I have a saying there are German mechanics and there are German mechanics that know what they are doing.

Love this place. Everyone is so efficient, professional and they always do such a great job. I never have to worry they are trying to sell me service I do not need. I have had a lot of cars and Pacific German takes outstanding care of my Audi.

Brought my tuned 2016 GTI in for a brake fluid flush and overall inspection. They took care of the flush immediately and upon inspection found a leak in the water pump (typical VW issue) which was fixed next day. Best (or worst) part of this visit... my 5 year old car with just under 60K miles never had the pre-delivery suspension blocks removed despite being at VW dealerships for preventative maintenance many times before! The guys are Pacific German are thorough that's for sure. Now just looking forward to my next 'drive' to see the difference in handling. Huge thanks to Tyler and Sean for providing me text status of the car repair and even pictures from the inspection. Definitely will be back for future service and maybe some performance mods too!
