The service, 125k plus rear break pads and discs, was completed on time as predicted. All staff were cordial and helpful. My Allroad is running the same as when I bought it. What more could one ask? That is why I keep coming back. See you in another 5k.

My dad referred me to this shop and I was impressed from the beginning. I brought my Audi in for an oil change and got more than I've ever received at the dealership and for less! Inspection came with photos of areas of concern, something I've never received from the dealership. They also gave me a complete rundown and explanation of those concerns and timeliness when those should be completed. I was impressed and will be bringing my car here from now on!!

The Passat had a coolant leak which turned out to be from a faulty coupler. The guys at PG did the repairs at no cost.

Needed to have my 2009 Porsche 911 S / 997.2 oil changed. Browsed my latest copy of Pando and found the Pacific German ad. Went online and made an appointment for an oil change and requested a free safety inspection. Glad I did. Shawn was very thorough and I really liked the vehicle inspection report. The report showed that I needed new engine mounts, brake system flush and the the overall condition of the front and rear suspension. (Pictures were also included in the report which helps you see under the car) Shawn did say that my car was very clean and well cared for. With the recommended suspension repairs (which were a necessity) I would clearly maintain the high value of my car especially if I decided to sell it in the future. After careful consideration, I decided to have all of the recommended work completed and what a transformation! The car handles and rides like it came out of the Porsche factory in 2009. Additionally, I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the repair shop and how hi-tech everything looked while doing the final inspection before taking my car home.
