Follow me on my new journey, and how Pacific German simply cares for their customers. As I was buying my new RS5 at the used car dealer, I called to ask if this was a good purchase. Tyler totally treated me like family and took his recommendations to bring my dream car to the shop to make sure my Dream RS5 will not become my nightmare. So the very next day (today) I brought the car in and they worked their magic! Needed some normal wear and tear repairs but so worth it!!!! Now I am able to have piece of mind that I will always be in great hands!!! If you are reading this review, just know Pacific German, Shawn, Tyler, Elizabeth and the whole entire crew their are their because they love what they do and love taking care of their customers.
