I have a 2014 Audi s5 and did my research before taking it to any shop. Pacific German had the best reviews but after going there, I see why. These guys truly know what they’re doing, and we’re able to save me thousands of dollars that the dealership would’ve charged me. In the end, all I needed was a software update which they were able to do using OEM CAN tools, which aren’t available at many shops. Not only that, but they took their time to properly diagnose my car in all areas, providing affordable solutions across the board. If I wasn’t selling my car, I would have FOR SURE gone with these guys for the repairs - you could tell they take lots of pride in their work. Being a design automotive engineer and a serious stickler for who I trust with my car, I would give these guys the keys any day. You will not be disappointed!!!

Second time coming, I had a violent issue that seemed as urgent to them as it was to me. I have no problem driving the 80ish miles from San Diego for Pacific German to work on my vehicle. The wait time is a little more then I would expect but I’m fine waiting a couple hours for quality work. Although my work was covered under my vehicle warranty they didn’t seem bothered by setting up an appointment at my earliest convince and replying to my many emails in a timely manner. I’ll probably end up doing most of the minor maintenance myself but anything else I’m definitely going to Pacific German for!

I love these guys. I am an avid automotive enthusiast and this is the only shop that I have been to, between south county and LA, that really know their stuff. They work on all Euro makes/models and I trust them above and beyond even the dealer, which costs more - they had numerous Porsche, Audi RS cars, BMWs, and Lambos in for work during my visit to the shop. Not to mention a huge beautiful aquarium that you can peak though to see their very clean work shop. One stop shop for service, performance, wheels, tires, and custom upgrades.

Without a doubt the team at Pacific German is top notch. Excels beyond what you find at the dealership and other performance shops. So thankful they are helping me with my car.
