To start, I've made the mistake of taking my GTI's, both current and past, to other shops and have regretted it. Why? pure laziness, I live about 2 hours, without traffic, from Pacific German. I now know that a little driving goes a long way. First things first, the staff are phenomenal, from the first call to the day you get your keys back. Tyler, who not only knows the in's and out's of the cars he works on, takes the time to research and ensure he meets the customers expectations. Second, Shawn, who I believe is the owner, seems to be there all of time. And not just during the "listed hours", he is there after hours which is rare these days. He is extremely patient, even with his customers who have a bad case of OCD. Third, the shop is clean, very clean and the care that is provided to the cars is what you would expect at any high-end shop. You can rest assure that your GTI will be treated with the same care as a customer bringing in their Lamborghini. I look forward to bring my GTI back in the future.
