Know that this family run European car specialist shop led by Shawn, Tyler (& family) will take care of your car! Honest and trustworthy. They’ve done excellent work on my previous Audi’s & Volkswagen. And just this past week they did a post-purchase inspection (with some needed replacements) on my daughter’s Audi A4 Avant. Highly recommend!

Just had the exhaust upgraded on my 2019 Passat at Pacific German. Tylor recommended a MagnaFlow CATBACK stainless steel exhaust to replace the ugly looking OEM exhaust and muffler. Wow! it sounds and looks great. The guy's at Pacific German also upgraded the stock rotors with Neuspeed slotted & drilled rotors with a nice set of ceramic low dust brake pads. I make the drive from Ontario to Laguna Hills because the treat me right and always do a great job. Have I mentioned the fish tank! forget about it!

Went in for a few answers, and I think I have a PHD in tuning german cars. Tyler was super helpful and took plenty of time to run me through options. Tuning a brand new $165k vehicle is a little scary. But he helped lay out what can be done that isn't going to effect the warranty and damage my car.

Came in for a PPI, very honest and professional staff. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the team took time to answer any and all questions. The team at Pacific German definitely knows what they are doing.

Tyler and Shawn are very thorough and went through every detail of my M3 to make sure it was done right. I had a software issue that wasn't able to be solved at 2 previous shops. Pacific German identified the problem and fixed it the first time.
