The staff have a high degree of knowledge, experience and skill working on VW Group cars. And they take pride on what they do and how they do it. But don't ask for discounts or try to negotiate pricing. They would make you feel you are insulting them if you even ask questions about lower pricing.
Thanks for the review, I appreciate the feedback. Sorry we could not offer a greater than 20% discount. You asked to honor a quote from 2018, politely I said we could not do it. Audi has annual increases on all parts. Sometimes as high as 20%. We were trasnparent over this 2 weeks before you sceduled and at time of drop off. I was insulted yes, plainly beacuse I you expected to honor a 2 year old quote, and couldnt understand why / how parts and labor rates incresed over a 2 year period. Everything inflates over time. The cost of milk, gas, houses etc.
For the record, I wouild have offered the old price. But when you wanted to bring in your own parts and still get a greater discount.... Sorry, I cant do that, and I couldnt understand how you could ask.
