i would give 5 stars if i didn’t have to wait 8 hours to get a tune. i gave the notice before my appointment, that if it would take longer than 5 hours to get the work done, to please reschedule my visit. the man at the desk assured me that it would be done within the time frame i specified, and then when 5 hours hit i asked again “how much longer?” they kept giving me false estimates. i don’t like when an employee can’t just be straight up with me. if it’s gonna take longer cant they just let me know that i’m advance? every time i asked they would tell me it’s “almost done” and it never was until the manager spoke to the worker. so i’m assuming i wasn’t a priority which is something that i do NOT tolerate. i will not be returning to get work done here which is sad because the workmanship is really good.
