I never hesitate in trusting these guys. Quality parts and top notch technicians set them apart. I have gone to other service centers and never as confident as coming to German Pacific.

Always enjoy bringing my car in to Pacific German. Great customer service and the techs provide photos of any suggested repairs and keep you informed on any issue or concern that they found/noticed during their work. They keep my daily car running safe and smooth. Honest shop with lots of experience and attention to detail.

Came in for 65K service and tech found defective/leaking rear shock absorber. I had replaced shocks about a year ago and the shop replaced free under warranty (cost of the shock absorber too of course). Honest and thorough work. Great attention to detail and fair service prices.

Friendly Staff and Great Service

The was a small problem with my car, the problem was explained to me in deatail and even told me it didn’t need to be done today I asked them to do it anyway as I live out of town very good work. Car drive like new now

Was told by a different mechanic that I needed a brake job. Pacific said no and here are the measurements of your pads and rotors that show why a brake job is not necessary. They did list things I should do now and things that could wait and why.

I have a 2014 Audi s5 and did my research before taking it to any shop. Pacific German had the best reviews but after going there, I see why. These guys truly know what they’re doing, and we’re able to save me thousands of dollars that the dealership would’ve charged me. In the end, all I needed was a software update which they were able to do using OEM CAN tools, which aren’t available at many shops. Not only that, but they took their time to properly diagnose my car in all areas, providing affordable solutions across the board. If I wasn’t selling my car, I would have FOR SURE gone with these guys for the repairs - you could tell they take lots of pride in their work. Being a design automotive engineer and a serious stickler for who I trust with my car, I would give these guys the keys any day. You will not be disappointed!!!

Second time coming, I had a violent issue that seemed as urgent to them as it was to me. I have no problem driving the 80ish miles from San Diego for Pacific German to work on my vehicle. The wait time is a little more then I would expect but I’m fine waiting a couple hours for quality work. Although my work was covered under my vehicle warranty they didn’t seem bothered by setting up an appointment at my earliest convince and replying to my many emails in a timely manner. I’ll probably end up doing most of the minor maintenance myself but anything else I’m definitely going to Pacific German for!
