We made a mistake while changing out the battery on my VW Jetta. Being new to the area and not having a trusted mechanic, I towed the car to the dealership. The dealership quoted me 300% of the price of the parts. I called around looking for other quotes and no one would give me a quote over the phone, despite me knowing the part I needed. Then I called Pacific German. I had a quote right away and it was HALF of what the dealership wanted. I immediately felt I could trust Pacific German. On top of the price, they were quick. Overall, not one complaint and I think I’ve found my new trusted mechanic!

The staff at Pacific German were very attentive in all aspects of the service to our older VW TDI. Communication was very good through the process and the complex repair we had done was completed as expected. Vast improvement over the dealer service and plan on using this business for both of our VW vehicles.

This shop is solid. I would recommend to anyone with a German car. They work on my VW alongside 300k porches abs it get the same great care. Service prices are competitive as well.
