Thanks for taking in my Passat, works recently done at Pacific German include H&R coilovers, Nuespeed power module, Neuspeed power pulley and transmission fluid exchange. The car looks great with the lowered profile and has improved handling after the coilover install. The car has improved power and torque with the new power module and power pulley. I have been coming to Pacific German for years now. Shawn and his team are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and always do an amazing job on servicing, modifying my vehicles. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own, if not better. This shop doesn't Mickey Mouse anything (always nothing but the best nor half a**ed). Shawn is always precise and is a no BS individual, which I love and respect. I have service plans on every one of my vehicles and I would rather have these guys work on my car and pay for their time opposed to having the dealership work on my cars for free. I am an extremely detailed oriented individual and I leave their shop each and every time 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Pacific German to EVERYONE. Keep crushing it Shawn and team!

Amazing place with awesome people. Can’t say a single bad thing about Pacific German they took care of my car like it was just as fancy as all the other cars in their shop. Everyone had a great attitude and answered all my questions will have more work done at Pacific German in the future for sure. Keep up all the great and hard work.

Very poor communication, service / pricing is 'normal', missed completion commitment by a couple days. We will NOT be going back

Probaby said most of what I think and fel above. They just go the extra mile, have fair, more than competitive prices, top notch work. pleasant and go the extra mile for their customers. Please is clean, sanitary, and their work is thorough. Had check up before long trip and car drove like new. They stayed late and found the needed part, so I could get on the road the next day.

Everyone at Pacific German was awesome very helpful and friendly I left feeling happy and a ton of weight off my shoulders knowing the work done on my Audi was done right and by knowledgeable people. Will be getting more work done at Pacific German in the future.
