Took my car freshly bought used VW here and figured out EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed and replaced. I trust them, but still asked questions like what needed to be replaced and why. They were very informative and explained what repairs were necessary and the consequences of not replacing certain things. They helped break down the price and provided a 2 year warranty on all the repairs done and had it completely fixed within 48 hours of taking it in. Overall, they are trustworthy and extremely professional and I will continue to take my vehicles there so long as I have a German auto.

I purchased a 2005 Volkswagen GTI for my son a couple years ago against my better judgement. It was the car he had to have. We had it checked by a mechanic who we had known for a while who said 'It looks fine.' Well, it was anything but 'Fine'. Shortly after we bought it, we started to have problems with the car which is when we were referred to Pacific German. Good thing! My father always told me it's cheaper to buy back the old one than to buy a new car. Well, with Shawn's guidance, counsel and great service, we've now got a 2005 GTI that has some life in it yet. Shawn and team have been absolutely terrific when it comes to assessing the issue and recommending what we should do. No pressure. Just good common sense. Shawn cares just as much about the customer as he does the customers car. I highly recommend Shawn and Pacific German. PS: Shawn has also kept my personal 2009 VW Jetta 2.5 with 115,000 miles on it running great. Don't see any reason why we won't hit 200,000 miles easily with Pacific German maintaining the vehicle.

Came in for an oil change. Was able to also diagnose a ticking noise that was concerning me. Even gave me the time to answer more questions afterwards. 100% satisfied always love coming here.

I'm not one to leave reviews very often but when you receive such great service, it's hard not to mention it. Brought my 2013 Golf R in for its 60k service. Mind you I made an appointment on Thursday to bring it in on Saturday and they had no problem accommodating my last minute request not to mention they're open on Saturday's which is great. Also the price was more than fair, so I was happy. Once they completed the service they called to inform me my front bushings were toast. I was informed they could fix it but the car wouldn't be ready until Monday. When I told them I'd have to bring the car back since I need to drive it to work, Shawn went out of his way to get the parts and make sure it got done the same day. How's that for service? Also having a VF engineering supercharged R8 in the shop didn't hurt either. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back for anything else nor would I hesitate referring them to anyone who needs a solid shop for euro cars.
