Came in for an oil change. Was able to also diagnose a ticking noise that was concerning me. Even gave me the time to answer more questions afterwards. 100% satisfied always love coming here.

I'm not one to leave reviews very often but when you receive such great service, it's hard not to mention it. Brought my 2013 Golf R in for its 60k service. Mind you I made an appointment on Thursday to bring it in on Saturday and they had no problem accommodating my last minute request not to mention they're open on Saturday's which is great. Also the price was more than fair, so I was happy. Once they completed the service they called to inform me my front bushings were toast. I was informed they could fix it but the car wouldn't be ready until Monday. When I told them I'd have to bring the car back since I need to drive it to work, Shawn went out of his way to get the parts and make sure it got done the same day. How's that for service? Also having a VF engineering supercharged R8 in the shop didn't hurt either. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back for anything else nor would I hesitate referring them to anyone who needs a solid shop for euro cars. I had my 08 Audi A4 3.2L FSI towed in from another shop, where they could not tell me what's wrong with my car. GP took a little longer than I thought to come back to me. I understand they are very busy. I had to stop by impromptu. So, the diagnosis was that my car's engine was busted and it needed an engine. Shawn started the hunt for a used engine (new one was out of the question). It took them about three weeks to find one with low mileage. After a complete inspection, a detailed estimate was produced. I did not question the estimate at all, I only asked some clarifications on why is this or what is this for? I gave the go ahead and proceed. The did it in two days. A record!! I thought it would take a week. Bravo!! When I went to pick my car, Tyler and Mason gave me a run-down of work performed and a detail explanation of why the engine failed. POOR MAINTENANCE. The car runs perfectly. I am very happy with GP. They are as professional as they come and may be even better. So, I recommend to everyone considering this shop to go there. You will not be disappointed. However, be patient, they are very busy!!

Stand up shop! I had an issue with my steering and they noticed I needed upper control arms. I did not even ask them to look they just noticed it and fixed it right away! I cannot thank pacific German enough for their professionalism.

I have brought my Porsche 991 Turbo S for various suspension and exhaust mods in the past to Shawn and his staff at Pacific German and wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Pacific German is an awesome shop. Very knowledgable staff, polite and friendly. They also tell it like it is, which is refreshing. I have a pretty heavily modified MK7 GTI and with Tyler's experience with his own race spec GTI I can find no other shop that could be more knowledgable. I have been coming to Pacific German for years now. Shawn and his team are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and always do an amazing job on servicing, modifying my vehicles. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own, if not better. This shop doesn't Mickey Mouse anything (always nothing but the best nor half a**ed). Shawn is always precise and is a no BS individual, which I love and respect. I have service plans on every one of my vehicles and I would rather have these guys work on my car and pay for their time opposed to having the dealership work on my cars for free. I am an extremely detailed oriented individual and I leave their shop each and every time 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Pacific German to EVERYONE. Keep crushing it Shawn and team!
