Great service and friendly staff. Was very forthright, with no hidden fees or surprises. Came all the way from Los Angeles and will definitely be back next time I need work done.

Thanks for a professional approach, soon as the OBD plug goes into an expensive car the owners blood pressure rockets. Not here, the service was done as quoted without any of the BS you normally get, a great price also compared to a main dealer for my 2013 Audi S6. They did the DSG gearbox service as well as the oil change and spark plugs , now smooth as silk and the car is driving like a dream. It's nice to see a family run business that actually cares for their customers.

These guys are incredible. I always enjoy sitting in the lobby looking at the gorgeous tropical fish tank. They were able to do everything I asked, and I am a customer that is very specific in my requests. They have always taken care of me very well. Great service but takes too long(except for an oil change the veh has been kept overnight for all repairs) and very expensive..Definitely a high end shop,which is fine. The repair was a VW authorized warranty coverage issue(15 year 150k) cost me a healthy chunk of change......Obviously very busy and probably overbooking on repairs. I will let the reviewers decide on patronage. If customers are cost conscious then this might be a hard call, for the high end crowd a no-brainer, the repairs will meet industry standards....

While it's likely my failure to communicate effectively, my original reason for this latest service was to replace two light bulbs: one rear brake light and one front parking light. Once I dropped the car off I may have neglected to confirm that it was two bulbs that needed replacing. After your usual comprehensive inspection, it came to light that the car needed wheels, tires and wheel bearings, so my bulb replacement turned in to a pretty significant job, which was done to my satisfaction, except for the originally requested front parking light bulb replacement - it's still out - but not a big deal, we'll get it next time. Thanks for all of your hard work on my wife's TT.

I had my first experience with Shawn and Tyler with my 2015 VW GTI today. They are very knowledgeable about the car and provided great and accurate input on the best way to maintain the vehicle going forward.
