Laguna Hills AUTO REPAIR

I went there a week ago recommended by Google. They helped me out even when they were really busy with a lot of work. My concern was not important but they took care of it and saved me another trip to the shop. Even they told me extra information about my car that I didn´t previously know. Definitely recommended and would go back next time.

Great people to do business with, and they genuinely care about their customers. Shawn and the crew are honest, and their prices are very competitive. I drive a brand new Audi S3, and I feel more comfortable taking my car to them for service, rather than the dealership.

Great service. The owner is there and inspects the car for you. He is extremely knowledgable and very professional. Even topped off my oil because it was low, as a curtesy. First time taking my car here and the service was great. Tyler spent extra time to explain things to me before and after the work. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

The Pacific German Team is solid. My car has never run so well. They insure that all the details are handled with the car so that it runs consistently. Easy to deal with and if you need to wait they have a large waiting room in which Sean has put together the best fish tank in town for everyone's visual enjoyment. Elite '2020 Elite '2020 Shawn + Tyler are the best, they've performed service on my VW Tiguan, my A4 and A6. They offer great services, preformance tuning and software, have a warm lobby and cool fishtank. Thanks for all your help Pacific German.

Their prices are very competitive, they are very knowledgeable, and do a great job keeping you updated on things. I have owned 7 German cars in my life and refuse to get screwed at the dealer, so have always gone the independent route, and this shop is by far the best. Recently took my 2007 gti here for repairs. I was promised he would find my problem and that's exactly what I was given. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I will be having my car here soon for a Ecu upgrade. Thanks Shawn and Pacific German!

Came here after a terrible experience at a VW dealership. Shawn answered an email promptly asking when I would like to bring in my vehicle. When I finally came in he looked at my car immediately and installed the part I brought in within the hour. He also remembered that I was experiencing other issues with my car from my email 2 weeks ago. He took a look and my car was ready to go with a quote for the needed repair.
